In connection with the grand scheme of the prophet, his preachers and apostles were instructed to preach to and instruct their followers, (who are estimated in Europe and America at about 40,000) that is was their duty to come up to the State called Far West, and to possess the kingdom; that it was the will of God they should do so; and that the Lord would given them power to possess the kingdom.
